Hired in an initial round at Los Angeles internet startup, Citysearch, I participated in the development and growth from a tiny startup to merging with Ticketmaster through a successful IPO. Getting in on the ground floor of an internet startup provided great experience in a fast-paced environment alongside founders, creatives, and software engineers. A startup, especially in its early stages, needs people to be good at wearing several hats and solving a lot of different problems.
